At Cybe, each item is created with intention and care. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Relic Products — All Sales Final
All purchases of Relic products are final sale.
Each Relic is one of a kind and uniquely produced. Due to the nature of these items, Cybe does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.
Please ensure all product details and order information are reviewed carefully prior to checkout.
Merchandise & Apparel (Tapstitch Fulfillment)
All merchandise and apparel, including clothing items, are produced and fulfilled through Tapstitch, a third-party print and fulfillment provider.
As a result:

All merchandise orders, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by Tapstitch

Cybe does not process or manage returns or exchanges for merchandise

All apparel purchases are subject to Tapstitch’s return and refund policies
For any issues related to merchandise orders, please contact Tapstitch customer support or refer to their official policies.
Shipping Damage & Carrier Responsibility
Because each Relic is one of a kind, Cybe is not able to replace items damaged during transit.
If a Relic item is damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Any compensation or resolution for shipping damage must be handled through that carrier.
Cybe is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect merchandise item fulfilled by Tapstitch, please follow Tapstitch’s support and claims process to report the issue.
Cybe is not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, or production errors related to Tapstitch-managed products.
