At Cybe, we take care in preparing and shipping each order. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


One-of-a-Kind Relic Products

Each Relic is a one-of-a-kind item and cannot be replaced once sold.

Because of the unique nature of Relic products:

  • All Relic sales are final

  • Replacement items are not available under any circumstances


Shipping Carriers & Checkout Selection

Shipping carriers and service levels are selected by the customer at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the selected carrier

  • Any issues related to shipping delays, loss, or damage must be addressed directly with the carrier chosen at checkout


Shipping Damage or Loss (Relic Products)

If a Relic item is damaged, lost, or delayed during transit:

  • Cybe does not offer replacements or refunds

  • The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the selected shipping carrier

  • Any compensation or resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures

Cybe is not responsible for carrier-related damage, loss, theft, or delivery delays.


Merchandise & Apparel (Tapstitch Fulfillment)

All merchandise and apparel, including clothing items, are produced and fulfilled through Tapstitch, a third-party fulfillment provider.

As a result:

  • Shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, and carrier handling are managed by Tapstitch

  • Shipping issues related to merchandise orders must be addressed through Tapstitch

  • All merchandise shipments are subject to Tapstitch’s shipping and fulfillment policies


Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Cybe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
